The area around San Diego has so many golf courses and horse race tracks it is quite amazing. It’s no surprise when huge resorts were built on this rolling hills in the style of old country house with golf courses all around to attract “high-profile" customers. We were visiting the Grand Del Mar and dining there for the evening. The place was quite…
big and “wow" when you look at the interior decor and the exterior buildings.
Doesn’t this look cozy? But you’ll probably have the eyes of all the room occupants around the courtyard on you.
The hallway in the resort.
Walls of expensive wine collections in this private English-looking dining room.
More of the outside look of the place. It’s looks quite grandeur with huge buildings, exotic settings, fountains all over the place, expensive + elegant-looking private dining rooms… It seems pretty stereotypical of the luxurious southern California club for the wealthy. & This place just opened last fall. Must be pretty difficult to manage this huge place. :p
