[ 台北中山 ] Kafe Cafe

On a drowsy weekend afternoon, we ventured into the oldest parts of the city, got lost, found our way, finished what we set out to do, and ended up in a busy district full of chic cafes and restaurants. We looked through a few and decided to go to this one ’cause the line up wasn’t ridiculously long (considering it’s such a small place), and this cafe, with its glittering fairy-tale facade, seems to…

be calling us: Come in and have a seat in our tiny gingerbread house! We’d serve you some hot tea with our yummy sweets. LOL. Anyway, it’s a pretty reasonably priced cafe/restaurant with clean and homey deco. and great waffles. You’ll need to experience it yourself!

The menu is like a children book with pop-up things or wheels that you can rotate and play around with.

Very cute smoothies, fruity drinks, milk teas, etc.

Have you got time to spare?

Waffles seem to be their signature dish. Seems like everyone orders waffle when they’re there! According to our dinning expert Jenny, this is one of the better places to have waffles! x)

Tuna waffle!

The interior deco is quite girly and homey.

Guess what this is?

It’s Kiwi soda! The brighter green thing is the syrup. Doesn’t the color look pretty?
awww.. Chemicals  I know.

Milan style (?) of spaghetti with olive oil and lots of Chinese basil (九層塔).
To be honest, I think the spaghetti was just ok. I guess that’s why everyone else orders the other things. lol.

The exterior of the cafe looks more like a Louis Vitton store. ;p
